1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and EventPro India ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the fromes.training website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site and/or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Equipment Rental Services

EventPro India provides professional audio-visual equipment rental services for events. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Sound system rental
• Lighting equipment rental
• Visual equipment rental (LED screens, projectors)
• Stage and staging equipment
• Technical support and setup services

3. Booking and Reservations

All equipment bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when:

• You have submitted a complete order form with all required information
• We have confirmed availability of the requested equipment
• You have paid the required deposit (typically 50% of the total rental cost)
• You have received written confirmation from us via email

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on:

• Specific equipment requirements
• Duration of rental
• Location and venue accessibility
• Additional services required

Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% due 7 days before the event date
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, cheque
• Late payments may result in cancellation of booking

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client:

• More than 30 days before event: 90% refund of deposit
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund

Cancellation by EventPro India: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

6. Equipment Care and Liability

As the renter, you agree to:

• Use the equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Not allow unauthorized persons to operate the equipment
• Protect the equipment from damage, theft, or loss
• Return the equipment in the same condition as received
• Pay for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment

You will be held financially responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required for high-value equipment.

7. Delivery, Setup, and Collection

Our services include:

• Delivery of equipment to the venue
• Professional setup and testing
• Technical support during the event (if included in package)
• Dismantling and collection after the event

You must ensure that the venue is accessible and suitable for equipment setup. Any additional costs incurred due to venue access issues will be charged to you.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, accident, breakdown of equipment, fire, flood, storm, pandemic, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventPro India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our equipment
• Any interruption or cessation of services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the EventPro India logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof are the proprietary property of EventPro India or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service.
